Over the years, he has been engaged in high-throughput gene sequencing and bioinformatics research and industrial development, and published more than 20 papers, including 7 articles in nature series, an international top academic journal, with a cumulative impact factor of more than 200. Led the research team to publish Chrysanthemum nankingense genome  on molecular plant, which is the world's first large  and complex  plant genome sequenced by  Oxford Nanopore platform. Presided over and participated in six research projects, including three national projects. One invention patent and more than ten software copyrights have been obtained.
