Product introduction
DNA methylation, a form of epigenetic modification that does not alter the DNA sequence, is currently the most studied form of DNA methylation, mainly for 6mA and 5mC. Nanopore sequencing detects both 6mA and 5mC directly by sequencing without the need for bisulfate conversion or immunoprecipitation enrichment experiments.
Advantages of Nanopore DNA methylation

Methylation levels in different regions
